    ...of a local farm in Connecticut. The Willimantic Food Co-op has fresh produce and locally made products from many local farmers and producers in Connecticut. Take a look around here to get a mini-tour of some our producers' farms and facilities.

    Beltane Farm Invites You To taste the Farm's offering of Autumn Cheeses! Cheeses this season include our award winning Fresh Chevre, Seasonal Cheese Spreads, French style ripened cheeses, Feta, & a variety of aged 2-3 month old raw milk cheeses as well as our Yogurt! Enjoy our seasonal tasting house and local cider. Directions available at Beltane farm to nearby vineyards as well as to Cato Corner Farm (New England's Best Jersey Cow Milk Cheeses.) Relax by the pond, meet the goats, & see the cheese being made.


    Beltane Farm has regular open houses. Come walk around and enjoy the scenery.

    We are a small family farm of 5 acres established in 2009. We picked our name, Shundahai, from the Western Shoshone tribe, because we felt drawn to its meaning: “Peace and Harmony with all Creation.” It captures the spirit in which we try to farm and live.

    Sweet Acre Farm (SAF), started in February 2011, is one acre of land in Mansfield, CT farmed by Charlotte Ross and Jonathan Janeway (us). We produce diversified vegetables, chicken (for meat) and Maple Syrup. We use organic growing methods and have taken the Organic Farmers Pledge (offered through the Northeast Organic Farmers Association (NOFA)). Moreover, we do not use pesticides or herbicides, neither chemical nor organically approved.

    We are a small family farm located on a scenic drive in Preston, CT. Our gardens and fields are managed using biodynamic and organic methods.
